You can also submit photos of your items via text or email, or fill
out our online quote form. We typically respond within a few hours.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and Cash App.
Payment is due upon completion of service.
Do I need to be present during the service?
It depends on the job. For junk removal, if items are clearly marked
and accessible, you don't need to be there. For moving services, we
recommend being present to provide instructions and answer
questions.

How long does a typical job take?
It varies by job size. Small junk removal jobs can take 30-60
minutes. Larger cleanouts or moves may take several hours. We'll
give you an estimated timeframe when we provide your quote.
What items can you NOT remove?
We cannot remove hazardous materials including:
- • Paint, chemicals, or toxic substances
- • Asbestos or lead materials
- • Medical waste or biohazards
- • Gasoline, oil, or propane tanks
If you're unsure about an item, just ask!
Do you donate or recycle items?
Yes! We donate usable items to local charities and recycle whenever
possible. We're committed to keeping items out of landfills when we
can.
What if my items don't fit in the truck?
If we need to make multiple trips or require a larger truck, we'll
let you know upfront. We'll always discuss options and pricing
before proceeding with any additional work.
